This versatile, lightweight, and economical Evaporative Cooling Fan, Humidifier, and Fan can be easily rolled from room to room for use anywhere in your house or office. Featuring a 3-D Cooling Pad and remote control, the Evaporative Cooling Fan works through an endothermic reaction, sucking air through a wick saturated with water. As the air flows through the wick, some of the water evaporates into the air, consuming the heat that was present, resulting in a considerably cooler air stream being blown out of the front of the unit. Unlike an air conditioner, this unit uses much less energy.
The 3-Dimensional Honeycomb Cooling Pad is a unique feature that enhances the cooling performance. The Cooling Pad, made of cellulose paper, is impregnated with special ingredients for high performance and structural strength. Treated with stiffening and wetting agents for maximum water absorption and retention, and with an Anti-Rot chemical for the prevention of algae and bacteria growth, the 3-dimensional, weaving structure of the Cooling Pad allows for longer contact between air and water, unlike other units on the market where air only passes through a flat, 2-Dimensional cloth.
It is important to note that this unit is not an air conditioner and does not have a compressor inside, so evaporative cooling fans will not lower a room's ambient temperature. Evaporative Cooling Fans are designed for spot cooling and are best used in dry climates or open spaces. To ensure the best effect, it is recommended to leave a window or door open to limit the rise of humidity and allow for better air ventilation in the room, and to add as much ice as possible, placing the unit next to you.
The Evaporative Cooling Fan, Humidifier, and Fan features a whisper-quiet motor, is energy-saving with only 65W of power, and has a washable dust filter. It also includes auto swing louvers, a 5L water tank capacity, three air speeds (H/M/L), and three fan modes (Normal, Natural, Sleep). Additionally, it has an up to 12 hours off-timer and is ETL certified.
